Option 1

Do the dives up here in the Northeast on two weekend days between May and October aboard our dive boat. The cost of the boat charter fees will start at $60.00 per day. Each student will be required to supply their own gear with enough air for 2 dives each day. Because not all students can afford $1000 to $2000 to purchase new SCUBA gear, rentals are available for $60.00 per day including air. If you would like to borrow a friend's gear it MUST fit and have been properly maintained! Discounted openwater training packages are available including Log book and dive tables.

Option 2

Go on a Florida Keys extended weekend trip or a Caribbean trip. The Florida trips running from Wednesday evening to Sunday, normally cost about $700 to $900 depending on the destination and season. This includes round trip air, hotel, and a two dive boat trip each day including air and weight belts. Gear rental for a Florida trip is $75.00.

Option 3

If you already have a trip planned, you can purchase al Referral Kit note that will enable you to complete your training on vacation. This referral is internationally recognized. NOTE: You must have successfully completed the class and pool sections first.

Notes:

1. Students must purchase a Log Book and Dive Tables to document their dives. These are included in the openwater training packages.

2. Basic Openwater students should plan dives to be on the 40 foot tables.

3. Advanced, Masterdiver, Nitrox, and some Specialty students should plan on dives that may exceed the 60 foot tables. Also!
